How to Qualify for a Wholesale Account with Sun Star Organics Inc.
1. You must be an established Retailer/Reseller with valid
Sellers Permit or Tax ID#.
Opening Order for New Accounts: Minimum is $300 wholesale.
Established Accounts: Minimum Order is $150 Wholesale.Accounts inactive for 6 months or
more: Must reactivate with a minimum $300 wholesale order. Most shipments are
F.O.B. Orange, CA.
2. Any wholesale order or dropship order that
falls below the $150 minimum may be charged a $5 below-minimum-order fee or a $5 drop-ship-order-fee.
3. Please Provide: Your tax ID and/or tax resale license number. Fax to: (714) 538-5145 or mail a copy to 988 N. Main St, Orange, CA 92867. California-Based Companies:provide
your California tax resale Seller’s Permit number and
original signature by an authorized company representative to be on
file in our office. (We will provide a signature form).
4. Resellers:
Advertised prices and internet pricing of Sun Star Organics products may not be more than 15% off the current suggested retail prices. Please call for Dealer/Distributor Pricing.
5. Terms: VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express or COD. Credit card statements show Sun
Star Organics, Inc. All bills are due and payable at the office of the seller.

Every effort is made to ship your order the same day you order it! Orders called/faxed/emailed before 1 pm
PST usually ship the same day by either UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

Adjustments
& Returns: Please notify us of any shipping or invoicing errors within 5 days of receipt.
No merchandise will be accepted for return/credit without prior authorization number and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Credits
will not be honored after 45 days of purchase.

Warranty Information: All appliances carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.
