How to Setup a Wholesale Account
1. Provide a copy of your Sellers Permit or Resale Tax ID number.
Email your permit to joann@sunstarorganics.com or fax it to 714-538-5145 or mail it to Sun Star Organics Inc, 988 Main Street, Orange, CA 92867. California-based companies must provide a California tax resale Seller’s Permit number and an original signature by an authorized company representative to be on file in our office. (We will provide a signature form).
2. Place a minimum wholesale order.
New accounts minimum is $300; Established accounts minimum is $150; Inactive accounts (6 months or longer) must reactivate with a minimum $300 order. Orders below the minimum may be charged a $5 fee and drop-ship orders may be charged a $5 fee. Most shipments are F.O.B. Orange, CA.

Terms: We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Paypal and COD. Credit card statements will show Sun Star Organics, Inc. All bills are due and payable at the time of purchase unless previous arrangements are made.
Same-day Shipping: Every effort is made to ship your order the same day you order it (UPS Ground or Priority Mail). Adjustments & Returns: Please notify us of any shipping or invoicing errors within 5 days of receipt. No merchandise will be accepted for return/credit without prior authorization number and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Credits will not be honored after 45 days of purchase.
Warranties: All appliances carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.
